Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

To cancel, email us at support@rareprism.com with your order number and reason.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are available in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Product Delivered
If you received the wrong item, notify us within 3 days.

We will arrange a return and send you the correct product or issue a refund.

Order Not Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately.

We will work with the courier to investigate.

Refunds/replacements may be issued after confirmation.
Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized products

Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Items used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will be notified by email once the refund is issued.
