At RarePrism, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy on order cancellations and refunds carefully.


Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, email us at support@rareprism.com with your order number and reason.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Refunds

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

  1. Wrong Product Delivered
    If you received the wrong item, notify us within 3 days.

  • We will arrange a return and send you the correct product or issue a refund.

  1. Order Not Delivered
    If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the courier to investigate.

  • Refunds/replacements may be issued after confirmation.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Items used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will be notified by email once the refund is issued.
